We raise grass fed Belted Galloway cattle on our own farm. The beef is hung in a specially designed coolroom at our restaurant for a minimum of 31 days, helping to make our char-grilled rib eye the best steak in Australia.

Our Farm

Fibber McGee's owns and operates Drumlane Organic Farm, which is situated in Woolroloo, just an hour's drive from our pub and restaurant in Leederville.

When available we like to use our own produce grown organically from Drumlane in the kitchen at Fibber McGees.  We have a wide variety on the farm. This varies from vegetables and eggs that come from our own free range chickens at the farm to our beef and pork. We hand make all our Irish Soda bread, cure our own bacon, make our sauces, meat glazes and dressings.
