Mary’s Meals
Mary’s Meals is a global set up by Scottish International Relief. It is an initiative that sets up school feeding projects in communities where poverty blocks children from gaining an education, feeding over 200,000 children daily in Africa, Eastern Europe, Asia and Latin America.
Abused Child Trust
The Abused Child Trust is a registered charity which works to break the cycle of abuse and neglect in Australia. Their vision is a society were all kids feel safe, special and loved, by helping at-risk families become the best source of care for their children, as well as research into child protection issues. This charity is not driven by any church or government.
Smith Family
The Smith Family works to unlock opportunities for financially disadvantaged children and their families. We promote education as a means of increasing participation through lifelong learning and do this through the provision of reading, computer and financial literacy support.
World Vision
World Vision is Australia’s largest overseas aid and humanitarian organization, as well as providing relief in emergency situations. World Vision works on long-term development projects with local communities to address the causes of poverty and help them become self-sufficient.
Médecins Sans Frontières
Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders, or MSF) is an international humanitarian aid organization that provides emergency medical assistance to populations in danger in more than 70 countries. MSF is an independent agency committed to two objectives: providing medical aid wherever needed, regardless of race, religion politics or sex and raising awareness of the plight of the people they help.
