Our Restaurant
Drumlane Organic Farm is wholly owned and operated by Fibber McGee's, an Irish Pub and Steakhouse Restaurant in Perth, Western Australia.
Apart from a well-deserved reputation as a quality venue serving great food, including its now-famous "Steak & Stout Pie", Fibber McGee's is also becoming known for its dry-aged beef. When available we proudly supply beef from our unique Belted Galloway.
All steak is hung for a minimum of 31 days in the specially designed coolroom at Fibber McGee's, which serves to tenderise the meat and concentrate the flavour. This happens when the natural enzymes in the meat break down the connective tissue in the muscle and the moisture evaporates, leaving the meat tender and full of flavour. Once trimmed by our butcher and char-grilled by the chef at Fibber McGees, the steak is served with fresh greens and was recently rated the best dry-aged steak in Perth by the Sunday Times newspaper.
