We firmly believe in biodynamic agriculture, and support the "nose-to-tail" philosophy of food production.
We grow organic produce for exclusive supply to the restaurant at Fibber McGee's Irish Pub & Steakhouse in Leederville, Western Australia.
We recycle the cooking oils from the kitchen at the restaurant, producing bio-diesel which we use to fuel the 4wd at the farm.
We believe that our commitment to quality produce means that the food that we serve in the restaurant is in a different class altogether.
